How the accident happened?

According to GMA News' "24 Oras", she was under the influence of alcohol when she lost control of the car and rammed it straight into a barber shop and two tricycles parked on Altura Street.

The crash killed one Oscar Lastimado, while four of the 12 injured are currently in critical condition.

Asaytono did not have her driver's license with her when the accident occurred, according to the Manila Traffic Bureau.

She was charged with reckless imprudence resulting in damage to property with homicide and multiple physical injuries.
